    In order to provide our services, sell goods, and operate our website, we process some personal data.

    The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”)

    I. Processing of personal data

     A.  Processing of personal data in the event of using a contact form

    If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact details that you provide to us, mainly via the inquiry form. These are: first name, last name, email address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number.

    For what reason?

    We will contact you through them for further arrangements regarding goods and services.

    On what legal basis?

    This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – negotiations on a contract, or the carrying out of measures prior to entering into a contract at your request.

    How long will we process personal data?

    If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 15 years from our last communication.

     B. Processing of personal data in case of purchase

    If you buy from us, we will work with the data you fill in. These are mainly billing details: first name, last name, billing address, telephone number, email address, delivery address.

    For what reason?

    We need to process personal data in order to fulfill our contract – to deliver our goods or services to you. We will also communicate with you via contact details about the status of your order, possibly about complaints or your inquiries.

    We will further process personal data to fulfill our obligations arising from the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, possibly for handling complaints and others).

    On what legal basis do we process personal data?

    This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – performance of our legal obligation.

    How long will we process personal data?

    For the duration of our service performance and then 10 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

     C. Newsletters (commercial communications) 

    If you are a purchasing customer and you did not forbid us at the time of purchase, we will use your email address to send out our news.
    On what legal basis?

    This is permitted by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, if you did not forbid us to do so at the time of purchase.

    How long will we process personal data?

    5 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the mailing at any time via email or contact us at the email: info@elfuegogrills.com

    II. Who will get access to the data?

    Your data will remain with us. Nevertheless, some companies or other persons work for us who will get access to the data because they help us run our e-shop. These are:

    • operator of the e-shop platform Shoptet (Shoptet a.s., with its registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, ID No. 289 35 675, the company is registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 25 395)
    • companies involved in the dispatch of goods
    • companies involved in the dispatch of payments (Comgate)
    • emailing service provider
    • marketing agency (Anque Media)
    • companies engaged in accounting processing

    We process personal data only within the territory of the European Union.

    III. What else should you know

    We do not have a Data Protection Officer appointed in our company.

    In our company, there is decision-making based on automated processing or profiling.

    The GDPR gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and want information about which of your personal data we process, to request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or possibly request a restriction of processing; you can request a copy of the processed personal data, in certain situations request erasure of personal data, and in certain cases you have the right to data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest.

    If you think that we are not handling the data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, or you can bring your claims to court.
